REGISTRATION: All juniors that are interested in participating in the JUNIOR GOLF SCHOOL at WEST SAYVILLE G.C. must complete the registration form below and return it to the Pro Shop at West Sayville as soon as possible. Class size is limited. This is a very popular program, classes always fill up quickly.
